How to make a return:

After reading our entire return policy below and confirming that your purchase is indeed eligible for return, log in to your account to initiate the return of your purchased item. If you do not wish to log in to your account you can email us at returns@FSAmarket.com with the product(s) you need to return, your order number, and the reason you are returning the item(s).

Our return policy:

If you received an item and upon examination, you find it to be damaged or defective please contact us immediately by clicking here. Please make sure that you do not refuse to receive the delivery of your order or attempt to return it yourself prior to contacting us. We will make sure to remedy the situation for you and provide you everything you need for the return! We will not be able to refund your purchase if you do not contact us for an order return number prior to shipping back the product. Please be advised that in the event you are requesting to return a damaged or defected item, that pictures may be required for some items to substantiate the claim.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every FSA eligible or HSA eligible product you purchase from the FSA Market. If you are not satisfied with a product that you've purchased from our online FSA store you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the original purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other charges back to your original form of payment. For returns where your product shipped for free, we will deduct the original outbound shipping fees from your refund. We accept returns of items purchased on FSAmarket.com only when they are in their original packaging, unopened, and in its original condition and returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. We will not accept any items if they have been opened or have been partially used unless the product is proven to be defective. Please package any returns properly so that they will not get damaged in transit back to us.

*All returns must have a Returns Authorization (RA) Number issued by FSAmarket.com. Any items returned without an RA Number will not be refunded.

Troubleshooting:

Before deeming electronic devices defective or if you are having difficulty with it please reference the product manual for troubleshooting the device. If you review the product manual and still require additional assistance, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly for more details on how to resolve your issue or on how to have the device repaired or receive a replacement.

Products that you cannot return:

Please refer to the specific product page found on our website for more specific details on whether your purchased item is returnable or not. Unfortunately, there are some items that we cannot accept returns for and by law, we cannot accept returns for products that require prescriptions for resale or reuse. Also, we cannot accept returns of anything used, opened, or tried on. Lastly, due to hygiene purposes, some items are not returnable including but not limited to all men's health items, erection pumps, incontinence clamps, tension bands, raised toilet seats and commodes, shower chairs, toilet frames, etc. Please make sure to contact us within 7 days of delivery if you received an incorrect item or a product that was visibly damaged upon delivery.
