The FSA Market Rewards Program is FSA Market's exclusive loyalty program offering three loyalty tiers. For every dollar spent, you'll earn one Flex Point. As you progress through each tier of the FSA Market Rewards Program, you'll unlock new benefits and prizes. Along the way, redeem your earned points for your favorite FSA eligible products, gift vouchers, and more.

There are various ways to earn points by taking actions. Some include, sharing on social, celebrating your birthday, signing up for FSA Market's newsletter, and more.

You can create an account and sign up to FSA Markets loyalty program by clicking the dashboard on the lower left hand of your screen or by clicking here

Perks: Each tier in the FSA Rewards Program will unlock benefits such as free products, exclusive content, shipping offers and more. When you enter a new tier, you will receive an email notifying you of the perks you have unlocked. You can also view your available perks via the FSA Rewards Program dashboard. Selecting a perk will display instructions for how to redeem the gift and these can be found on the dashboard under ‘Your rewards’.

Redeemable Rewards: As you accumulate Flex Points, you can choose to redeem them for $10 vouchers. These vouchers will provide you with a promotional code that can then be applied at checkout as a discount on your next order. These vouchers can be redeemed via the FSA Rewards Program dashboard.

$10 Vouchers: Once you reach eligible points, pre-set vouchers will appear redeemable under the ‘All rewards’ section of the dashboard. Simply click ‘View’ —> ‘Redeem’ —> the you can click ‘Apply code’ or copy and paste it at checkout.

Yes, all reward vouchers are subject to a 6 month validity once redeemed for points via the FSA Rewards Program dashboard. After your redemption code has been issued via the dashboard, if the reward voucher or free gift is not used via our online store before the expiry date, the reward voucher or free gift will no longer be redeemable and the use period cannot be extended.

Your points can be viewed in the program widget here, and you will also receive an email notification when you have taken a new action and earned points.

The FSA Rewards Program is only available to customers in the United States.

$10 Vouchers: Once you reach an eligible number of points, vouchers will appear redeemable under the ‘All rewards’ section of the dashboard. Simply click ‘View’ —> ‘Redeem’ —> then you can click ‘Apply code’ or copy and paste it at checkout. You can access your unclaimed rewards at any time under the section ‘Your rewards’ in your loyalty dashboard. This is where free gifts for entering a new tier will sit, along with vouchers you have redeemed for points. Both can be claimed by using the code provided at checkout.

Unfortunately not – you’ll only be eligible to receive points on purchases made after becoming a member. But we’ll gift you 50 points just for signing up!

There is no limit to the number of points you can earn, however points and rewards do have an expiry date.

Points: Flex points expire and are removed from your balance 12 months after the earn activity date. Your Flex Points balance may go up or down on a daily basis as credits are earned or expire. FSA Rewards Program members will unlock the next tier as soon as they have earned enough Flex Points in the preceding 12 month period. Eligibility to upgrade is reviewed every day.

In this case, please email support@fsamarket.com with your order number, order email, and the email address associated with your loyalty membership and we will assist you in assigning the points manually.

Cancelled/refunded orders are not eligible to earn points, so points will be removed from your account after your order is cancelled.

Unfortunately no, FSA Market Rewards and ExpressMed's Rewards are two separate loyalty programs.

No, the FSA Rewards Program is linked with your personal FSA Market account. You will not need to create different accounts.
