DIRECTIONS:

Unfasten hook and loop closure on strap. Insert arm into the pouch with the elbow in pouch corner. Bring strap across the back and over the opposite shoulder. Run strap through the plastic loop and adjust to the desired length. Press hook portion against strap to secure.
